Any person who violates this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not less than two-hundred fifty dollars or more than seven hundred fifty dollars. A separate offense may be deemed committed upon each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. (Ord. 3737, 4-8-2019)
