At the time of building permit application, the owner of the development may be required to execute and file with the Department of Public Works a completed Affidavit of Ownership Interest on a form to be provided by the Village. This requirement may apply to any development meeting the criteria identified in subsection 4-13-2B of this chapter, though the Director may apply it to additional developments at his discretion.
