4-8-5: ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS:
The Zoning Board of Appeals shall have the jurisdiction to hold public hearings and offer recommendations to the Board of Trustees concerning variations of this chapter pursuant to its powers granted by section 10-5-4 of this Code. (Ord. 3479, 4-8-2013; amd. Ord. 3873, 9-12-2022)
