A. Grading permits shall be valid until such time as there has been inspection and approval of final grading; or up to fifteen months, whichever is shorter.
B. Any request for an extension of a grading permit must be submitted in writing to the Director of Public Works and Development Services at least 10 working days prior to the grading permit expiration date, and must detail the reasons for said request. The Director of Public Works and Development Services has the discretion to grant an extension. (Ord. 3877, 11-14-2022)
