1-6-2: OATH; BOND:

Members of the Board shall take the oath as prescribed by statute. The Chairman of the Committee on Finance shall execute a bond to the Village in the sum of five thousand dollars, with surety to be approved by the Board, conditioned as required by law. (1981 Code)
