A. Appoint Officers; Sign Permits: The president shall preside at all meetings of the board, and shall cause to be signed all official documents issued or granted by authority or order of the board and may revoke the same for good cause, except where in conflict with law or ordinance. The president shall make appointments to all nonelective offices, with the advice and consent of the board.
B. Additional Duties: He shall perform all such other duties as are now or may be hereafter delegated to him by ordinance and law. (1981 Code)
