1-5-1: ELECTION, TERM OF OFFICE:
The president shall be elected every other odd numbered year for a term of four years, and shall serve as president of the board as provided by statute. The date for inauguration of a newly elected president shall be at the beginning of the regular meeting of the president and board of trustees on the second Monday of May. (Ord. 3086, 9-27-2004)
