3-5-5: INSPECTIONS:
   A.   Preliminary Inspection: Before any license shall be issued to a peddler of fish, fruit, vegetables, ice cream, frozen confections, bakery goods, sandwiches, meats or other food products or beverages, the Health Officer must conduct an inspection and be satisfied from such inspection that the said premises, vehicles, and containers are in a sanitary condition and fit to be used for the purposes intended and that all provisions of this Code and of the Village regulating the production, transportation and sale of food have been complied with. If he finds them to be so, he shall approve the application and certify his approval to the Village Administrator.
   B.   Periodic Inspection: The Health Officer shall make periodic inspection of the source of supply and the methods of carrying on the business of all licensed peddlers of food products or beverages for the purpose of determining whether all the requirements of the law and the regulations of the Village relating to the business conducted by the licensee have been fully complied with.
