3-4-9: COMPLIANCE WITH TRAFFIC REGULATIONS:
The owner, operator and driver of any taxicab shall obey all laws, ordinances and regulations relating to the operation of motor vehicles and taxicabs, and all traffic regulations. (Ord. 2668, 2-12-1996)
