A. Definition: For the purpose of this section, the term "snow removal contractor" is hereby defined to mean any person who makes a business of plowing, blowing or removing snow or ice from driveways, sidewalks or streets, and who employs two or more persons in the business.
B. Placement Of Wastes: No person conducting the business of snow removal shall place snow or ice or cause the same to be deposited on any street, alley, sidewalk, public way or public grounds in the Village nor on any private property other than the person for whom they are doing the removal.
