A. Compliance With Building Regulations: Any person conducting the business of sheet metal work or hot air furnace shall comply with the provisions of the ordinances of the village relating to buildings and any other ordinances applying to the conduct of the business.
B. Removal Of Wastes: Any person conducting the business of sheet metal work or hot air furnace shall, upon completion of each job, remove all old or surplus metal or other material and debris within three days, and the metal, material and debris shall not be placed on vacant lots, streets or alleys but shall be disposed of in accordance with law, including all Federal, State and local environmental laws, rules and regulations.
