It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any business, trade or occupation named herein without first obtaining a license therefor and paying the annual license fee listed in this chapter, except as otherwise indicated. All (i.e., multiple) license fees shall be paid where two or more businesses or occupations are combined. (Ord. 2668, 2-12-1996)
