The following activities are prohibited on Sunday and holidays:
A. Manufacturing And Construction Work: It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in the business of manufacturing, constructing, producing or processing tangible personal property of any kind or description, on Sundays, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day; provided however, that this provision shall not be applicable to works of charity or to the manufacturing or construction work necessary to meet any emergency needs of the village.
