§ 97.22 NUISANCE DEFINED.
   NUISANCE. Embraces public nuisance as known at common law or in equity, jurisprudence, and whatever is dangerous to human life or detrimental to health, and shall also embrace the over-crowding with occupants in any room with insufficient ventilation or illumination, or inadequate or insanitary sewage, or plumbing facilities, or uncleanliness, and whatever renders air, food, or drink unwholesome or detrimental to the health of human beings.
