§ 95.42 TEMPORARY CLOSING OF PUBLIC WAYS.
   The Public Works Director may grant written permission to close or cause to be closed for limited periods of time any city streets, alleys, driveways, or areas not under control of the State Department of Transportation, if in the opinion of the Public Works Director, the public interest can best be served thereby.
