§ 95.20 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   NEWS RACK. Any device which contains, holds, carries, or dispenses newspapers or other periodicals or which is designed to contain, hold, carry, or dispense newspapers or other periodicals.
