§ 452.99 PENALTY.

(b) Whoever violates § 452.16 shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor, and any vehicle found parked in violation of § 452.16 shall authorize police officers to provide for the removal and impounding of such vehicle pursuant to § 452.02 of the Codified Ordinances.
