(a) Whenever two or more inches of snow have fallen or accumulated on the streets of the village, a “snow removal emergency” shall remain in effect for five days after the snow has ceased to fall, or earlier if the Mayor declares an end of the “snow removal emergency”.
(b) Whenever a “snow removal emergency” is in effect, all parking within the right-of-way of or on the public street known as Main Street shall be banned. Vehicles parked on Main Street prior to a “snow removal emergency” shall immediately be removed upon a “snow removal emergency” becoming effective.
