(A) In accordance with IC 36-7-12-5(d), the Economic Development Commission of the city shall be composed of three members. All other provisions of the organization and powers of the Commission shall remain the same.
(B) For the purpose of study and promotion of economic development in the city, the city shall adopt the Economic Development Commission Bylaws by reference as if fully set forth herein.
