§ 32.040 ESTABLISHED.
   There is hereby established a Department of Planning and Economic Development. The Department shall consist of two divisions:
   (A)   Planning Division, organized under IC 36-7; and,
   (B)   Economic Development Commission, organized under IC 36-7.
