The Common Council of the City of Rising Sun, Indiana does hereby grant the city's Project Manager and Street Commissioner the authority to enforce this chapter. This delegation of authority includes the power to execute the agreement for the issuance of a right-of-way work permit on behalf of the city and to require a surety or bond as noted in § 99.02(A)(5) for any work that is required to comply with this chapter.
