§ 95.02 BOATING REGULATIONS.
   (A)   All boats must be equipped and operated in compliance with all applicable Indiana Boating Laws and in compliance with these regulations, whichever is more stringent. The boating laws of Indiana are enforced by the Conservation Officers of the Indiana Department of Natural Resources, the U. S. Coast Guard officers, and any other authorized peace officer or law enforcement officer. They have the authority to stop and board boats in order to check for compliance with state and federal laws.
   (B)   Boating is at your own risk and liability. Each boat owner or operator is responsible for damages or injury to his or her own boat or occupants or to other boats, structures or persons. Use of the launching ramp and docks is at your own risk.
   (C)   There is hereby established a 5 m.p.h. speed limit within 100 feet from entire boat launching dock and marina dock areas. No water ski takeoffs from public landing and marina dock areas. All boaters must observe speed control buoys in marked areas.
