A violation of these rules and regulations is to be treated as a city ordinance violation and may be enforced by any police officer of the city, the sheriff or deputy sheriffs of Ohio County, the state conservation officers, and such others as may be approved by the City Council. All penalties for violations of this chapter shall be treated under § 10.99 of the Rising Sun Municipal Code which states “any person, firm or corporation who violates...shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine not exceeding $2,500.” Each day that a condition or act in violation of this chapter remains or continues shall be deemed on the part of the person guilty of such violation to be a separate and distinct offense.
