§ 93.27 DETERMINATION AND ENFORCEMENT.
   The City Street Commissioner shall determine whether a violation of this subchapter exists. The City Street Commissioner shall act as the enforcement officer of this subchapter. In the event the Street Commissioner does not determine a violation exists, and a resident of the city believes such a violation does exist, upon a written request to the Clerk-Treasurer of the city, a review of the alleged property in violation shall be conducted by the Street Commissioner, Mayor, President of the City Council and Building Inspector. In the event a majority of the reviewing persons determines a violation to exist, the Street Commissioner shall provide the appropriate information to the Clerk-Treasurer for appropriate notice to be forwarded to the appropriate party/parties regarding any real estate, structure or building that has grown or accumulated any of the above-referenced items, or is in violation of this subchapter.
