§ 93.25 TREES, GRASS, RANK VEGETATION AND WEEDS.
   Any individual(s), corporation, or other entity who occupies and/or owns real estate within the corporate boundaries of the city, or owns, occupies, rents or otherwise possesses any structure in the city shall not permit, cause to permit, or allow weeds and other rank vegetation to grow or accumulate in, on or around the real estate or in, on or around said structure, or on or in streets, alleyways, or squares adjoining such structure, premises or real estate. For the purposes of this subchapter, WEEDS AND OTHER RANK VEGETATION are defined as follows:
   (A)   NOXIOUS WEEDS. As defined in I.C. 15-16-7-2, and DETRIMENTAL PLANTS, as defined in I.C. 15-16-8-1, grass over six inches in height, and any other plant, weed or rank vegetation over six inches in height, which are not mowed at least once a month in April and October, and at least twice a month during the months of May through September.
   (B)   Trees, limbs, branches, shrubbery, or other vegetation with less than 14 feet clearance over, along, and across streets or alley ways, or less than eight feet clearance over, along, or across the sidewalks.
   (C)   Trees, limbs, branches, shrubbery, or other vegetation that prevents adequate visibility at street and alley intersections or which blocks the view of any street or traffic sign, signal or device.
   (D)   Shrubbery or vegetation in excess of three feet in height within a radius of 20 feet from the point where the curb line of any street intersects the curb line of another street.
   (E)   Trees, limbs, branches, shrubbery, or other vegetation, which interferes with street lights or the convenient maintenance of street lights, or obstructs the light from street lights.
   (F)   Any trees, shrubbery, or unauthorized vegetation planted within the public right-of-way of any street, alley, or public way.
   (G)   Trees, limbs, branches, shrubbery, or other vegetation which creates or constitutes a hazard to pedestrians, passersby, or the public.
   (H)   Animal matter including, but not limited to: carcasses, skeletons, or feces.
   (I)   Trash including, but not limited to: appliances, furniture, or rubbish of any kind.
   (J)   Any disagreeable substances which may be harmful, hazardous, poisonous, and odorous or which may breed insects or draw vermin.
