Pursuant to IC 9-22-1-25, the costs for removal and storage of an abandoned vehicle or parts not claimed by the person who owns or holds a lien on a vehicle shall be paid from the Abandoned Vehicle Fund established under § 90.08 of this chapter. The charge payable by the person who owns or holds a lien on a vehicle for towing, storage, or removing an abandoned vehicle or parts may not exceed the limits established by § 90.08(C) of this chapter.
