§ 30.01 GENERAL BENEFITS.
   (A)   Compensation. The rate of compensation of city employees and appointed and elected officials of the city shall be set by the Common Council. The Clerk-Treasurer shall pay the above compensations to city employees, Mayor, Clerk-Treasurer, City Council, City Attorney and various city boards and positions for work performed, as stated on the Salary Ordinance.
   (B)   Overtime pay. See § 30.26.
   (C)   Sick days. See § 30.26.
   (D)   Clothing allowance. Uniformed police officers and Street Department employees may be provided clothing allowance as set by City Council on the annual Salary Ordinance. See § 30.26.
   (E)   Vacations. See § 30.26.
   (F)   Holidays. See § 30.26.
   (G)   Insurance. See § 30.26.
   (H)   Group health. Employees may be eligible for coverage under a group health, dental, vision and life plan subject to the terms, conditions and limitations of the group health plan and as approved by Council on an annual basis.
   (I)   Public Employee Retirement Fund (PERF). Civil city employees' contribution to the Public Employees Retirement Fund will be 3% of gross wage paid by employee. Police officers contribution will be 6% of the gross wage plus longevity, paid by the employee.
   (J)   Bereavement. See § 30.26.
   (K)   ADA and Family Leave. See § 30.26.
