§ 30.26 THE CITY OF RISING SUN POLICY AND PROCEDURE MANUAL AND POLICE DEPARTMENT SOP ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.
   The City of Rising Sun Policy and Procedure Manual and the standard operating procedures for the Police Department, effective January 1, 2015, and any amendments thereto, are hereby adopted by reference and incorporated as part of the code of ordinances as if set forth in full herein.
