§ 71.41 UNAUTHORIZED MARKINGS.

It shall be unlawful for anyone not so authorized by the Mayor and City Council to post any signs, place any barricades or paint any curbs which are intended to create or have the effect creating the impression that parking there is limited or prohibited by the city.
