§ 35.23 OHIO RIVER VALLEY COMMUNICATIONS FUND.
   (A)   All funds in the Ohio River Valley Communications (ORVCOMM) account held by the Rising Sun Municipal Utilities shall be transferred to the General Fund of the city.
   (B)   The ORVCOMM account held by the Rising Sun Municipal Utilities shall be closed upon passage of this section.
   (C)   Any incoming or outstanding payments made to ORVCOMM should be directed by the Rising Sun Municipal Utilities to the General Fund of the city.
