§ 35.18 CHARITABLE DONATION FUND.
   (A)   Fund established. The Common Council does determine that a need exists for the creation of a city Charitable Donation Fund whereby all designated charitable donations or those required to be deposited in a separate fund, be deposited into said special fund.
   (B)   Use of revenues. The charitable donations received and deposited in the city Charitable Donation Fund can only be used for the specific purposes intended by the donors of the funds, said expenditures to be limited for utilization by the city to perform or fund public functions; purchase educational materials and equipment; secure training and assistance; and for other costs that are incurred relating to the same.
   (C)   Termination of funds; transfer of funds. The city Charitable Donation Fund shall remain in existence and remain perpetual in its terms until amended or terminated by subsequent ordinance enacted by the Common Council; and if and when a subsequent ordinance is passed to terminate the life of the city Charitable Donation Fund, the Fund balance existing if not otherwise provided for ordinance if any at that time, shall be transferred to the city general fund.
