§ 35.17 NEW FAIRGROUND PARK FUND.
   (A)   Fund established. The Common Council does determine that a need exists for the creation of a New Fairground Park Fund whereby all monies for the development of the New Joint City-County Fairgrounds Park will be deposited into said fund.
   (B)   Management of fund. The Clerk- Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to manage the funds of the Joint City-County Fairgrounds Park Project and to establish procedures for the expenditure of the funds of the Project.
   (C)   Approval of expenditures. Each expenditure from the Fund must be approved by the Joint City-County Fairgrounds Park Project Task Force and supported by a fully itemized invoice or bill with documentation in a form acceptable to the Clerk-Treasurer.
