§ 35.14 PARK FUND.
   (A)   There is hereby created upon the books and records of the city a new and separate fund to be known as the Park Fund.
   (B)   The Riverboat Fund Park, General Fund Park and Park Unappropriated shall hereinafter be known as the Park Fund.
   (C)   The balance of funds remaining at the end of each year shall not revert but shall remain in the Park Fund.
