(A) A fund is hereby established as the Revenue Sharing Fund B, into which a portion of the net revenues derived from the riverboat admissions tax under I.C. 4-33-12-6 (b)(1)(A) as set forth in Revenue Sharing Plan B are to be deposited.
(B) Moneys in Revenue Sharing Fund B may only be disbursed in accordance with Revenue Sharing Plan B.
(C) Moneys in Revenue Sharing Fund B at the end of the city's fiscal year do not revert to the city's general fund.
(D) The Plan B Fund is hereby authorized and adopted in accordance with the plan description. Continued funding of Plan B consistent with the plan description is hereby authorized until such authorization is modified or rescinded by further action of the Common Council.
