§ 91.05 NOTICE OF VIOLATIONS.
   Whenever an officer of the RCSD, in his or her sole discretion based upon the circumstances, shall find that the owner or operator of any alarm system has committed any of the acts which have been declared unlawful by any provision of this chapter, the officer shall give written notice to the person of the violation in the manner directed in § 91.06.
