All surveys of land, parcels, tracts and/or divisions of land, not defined as a subdivision, being ten acres or larger in size, shall conform to the requirements of state and local law, including that standards and criteria set forth in § 155.004 of this code of ordinances, Figure 1, Step 1 (B)(2), (4), (5), (6), (7), (8), (10), (14), (15), (16), (19), (22), (23), (24), (25), (26), (27), (28) and (29) and § 156.006 of this code of ordinances.
