Abutting owners are required to maintain sidewalks, curbs and driveway aprons in a safe and usable condition, smooth, solid and free of cracks, weed growth, pitting or upheavals and shall keep sidewalks clear of ice, snow, mud, dirt, gravel or other clutter or obstruction.
