905.07 INSPECTION REQUIRED.

In the event such excavation or opening is made for the purpose of installing any construction in such street or public place the work shall be subject to the inspection of the person designated by Council. No construction shall be covered until such person shall have ascertained that such work conforms to the plans submitted with the application for a permit as hereinbefore provided.
