727.28 REMITTANCE OF TAX.

Every remittance of taxes imposed by these sections shall be made to the City Treasurer by bank draft, certified check, cashiers check, money order or certificate of deposit. The City Treasurer shall deposit the money into the City Treasury to be kept and accounted for as provided by law.
