533.09 TRESPASS IN CEMETERIES; VANDALISM.

No person on foot or operating a motorcycle, truck or car shall enter, park or drive in Pine Hill or Ripley Cemetery in the City from 9:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m.

No person shall damage any marker, tombstone, flower vase or any other part of a grave in Pine Hill or Ripley Cemetery.
