505.14 PLACING DEAD OR DYING DOG UPON PROPERTY OF ANOTHER OR PUBLIC PROPERTY.

No persons shall cart or put any dead or dying dog, or other animal found on any premises in the City, upon any premises belonging to or occupied by any other person, or upon any street or public place.
