Parking meters shall be in operation for the times as set forth herein:
Monday through Friday of each week from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
The said limitations shall not be applicable on any Sunday or Holiday.
The coin required and amount of time of parking for each coin deposited shall be as marked on the meters. Council shall, by resolution prescribe the parking meter areas in which different type meters with different coin and time provisions shall be installed.
