The Ripley Municipal Parking lot is hereby designated a restricted parking area. No vehicle shall remain parked in a marked and designated restricted parking space in the Ripley Municipal Parking lot for a continuous period in excess of twenty-four (24) hours, except as otherwise provided herein. This restriction shall apply each day, including Sundays and any Holiday.
