Council is authorized to designate individual parking spaces and parking meter areas and does hereby designate all areas of parking within the City of Ripley as parking meter areas at the meter rate of $.25 per half-hour, unless otherwise excluded or exempted by other ordinances of the City of Ripley.
All of the parking spaces on the North side of Main Street/U.S. Rt. 33, between Church Street and Court Street, shall be designated "Loading/Unloading Only- - 15 Minute Continuous Parking Limit."
