361.14  SEVEN-DAY PARKING RESTRICTIONS.
   (a)    No car, truck, motorcycle or any mechanically driven vehicle or any vehicle capable of being driven, pushed or pulled shall be parked on any street, alley or public way for a period in excess of seven days, if the parking is otherwise legally permissible.
 
   (b)    Any vehicle parked in violation of the above subsection shall be deemed to be a public nuisance and the Mayor is hereby authorized to take the necessary action to abate said nuisance.
 
   (c)    In addition to the fine for violation of this section, all costs of abating such nuisance shall be assessed against the owner of such vehicle, if ownership of the vehicle can be established.
