175.05 EXCUSES FROM JURY SERVICE.

A person who is not disqualified for jury service under the provisions of the West Virginia Code, Chapter 52, Article 1 may be excused from jury service by the Municipal Judge upon a showing of undue hardship, extreme inconvenience, or public necessity for the trial for which said juror was summoned.
