175.04  SEATING JURY FOR TRIAL.
   The manner of seating a jury in the trial of any criminal action in Municipal Court shall be conducted in a manner consistent with the West Virginia Rules of Criminal Procedure as promulgated by the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals.
