149.18.1 FAMILY MEDICAL LEAVE.

City employees who qualify for leave pursuant to the Family Medical Leave Act (“FMLA”) may take such leave in accordance with the requirements of the FMLA. The City shall provide all employees with a copy of its policy regarding family medical leave so that employees can exercise their rights under the FMLA.
