In the event of death in the immediate family, an employee shall be authorized a leave of absence with pay not to exceed three working days. Immediate family includes:
(a) Husband or wife.
(b) Parent or step-parent.
(c) Child or step-child.
(d) Brother or sister.
(e) Mother, father or inlaws.
(f) Grandparent or spouse's grandparent.
(g) Other close relatives living in the household of the employee.
