139.06 POWERS AND DUTIES.

The Planning and Zoning Commission shall possess all the powers and duties conferred upon a City Planning and Zoning Commission by West Virginia Code Art. 8-24. In addition, the Planning and Zoning Commission shall act in an advisory capacity to Council in all matters affecting future planning and zoning and shall recommend any necessary legislation to Council to carry out the purposes and objectives of the Planning and Zoning Commission.
